Not a maid check
A helper, neighbour, or security guard may be able to enter your home, but they are usually not trained to measure humidity, spot weak airflow, check leak points, notice musty smells, or escalate early warning signs.
Primary service
Scheduled home-risk checks for Dubai residents leaving their home empty or semi-supervised for 1 to 8 weeks.

We are Josef and Dalara Holm, Austrian expats in Dubai. After returning from summer travel to find our Dubai Marina apartment covered in black mold after an AC failure, we built the service we wish had existed.

AwayCheck reduces unattended-home risk by checking known failure points, documenting conditions, and escalating issues under pre-approved rules. It does not guarantee that no AC, leak, mold, pest, fridge, or water-damage event can happen.

We only enter under a scheduled AwayCheck with documented customer approval.
Access instructions, key handover, and entry permissions are recorded before travel.
Every visit is logged with time, inspector, report, and visit evidence.
